This page explains what PixelArcadeGuide collects, why it is held and how you can have it removed. We keep the minimum a review site can run on.
What we collect
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages opened — aggregated for traffic statistics.
- Contact form data: the name, reply address and message you send us.
- Cookies: small files that keep the site working and count visits.
Why we hold it
Technical data shows which reviews are read and whether the site is working. Contact data is used only to reply to you. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Messages are deleted once the exchange is complete. Aggregated statistics contain nothing that identifies an individual visitor.
Who else handles it
Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf and only to keep the site available. Nothing goes to advertisers or data brokers.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold, request a correction, or ask us to erase it. Send the request through the contact form and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Other websites
Shelf links open developer-run sites, each with its own privacy policy that we do not control.
Changes
Revised versions appear here with a new date at the top. Continued use after that date indicates acceptance.
